Return & Refund Policy

At Canadian Comforts (“we,” “our,” or “us”), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. By placing an order on https://www.canadiancomforts.ca, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Some items, such as personal care products, hygiene items, or sale items, may be non-returnable. Please check the product description before purchasing.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at Support@canadiancomforts.ca with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item.

  3. Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided.

Note: Returns without a valid RAN may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. Canadian Comforts is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please contact Support@canadiancomforts.ca to arrange the exchange.

  • If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.


6. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are non-returnable for health, safety, or hygiene reasons, including:

  • Personal care products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
